Everything needed to run vendor reactivation calls this week
Background — What This List Is
The Mobile Mechanic Network (MMN) 2024 was compiled by Bryan (FITA) and his team. These mechanics were approached about a network model and were open to it — but no formal onboarding happened. You are re-engaging them as the first step in building the FITA DN certified vendor network.
There is also a small group (Patrick, Enoch, Nashiru, Kingsley, Kojo) with incomplete details in the original list — if you reach any of them, collect their full contact info and update their record.
Bryan's note (this morning, 29 Apr): "They were all open to the idea. We didn't do much with it, just worked with a few." These are warm leads — approach as returning to a conversation, not starting from scratch.
About the Chris in the Recommender Column
Important clarification: The "Collins/Prince/Biggie" names in the "Referred By" column of the MMN list are Bryan's team members from FITA — not Mr. Chris the tow truck operator. There is no connection between them. Mr. Chris (Tow Operator #001, V-TOW-001) is a separate, direct FITA DN relationship managed by PY.
Mr. Chris's Towing Network
Hold: Mr. Chris has shared some names from his network but told Bryan he wants to personally confirm each person first — he hasn't worked with all of them directly. Do not call from his list yet. When he confirms names, add them to the pipeline with source "Mr. Chris — Confirmed" and flag as Tow Operator.
Your Mission This Week
- Call all 18 mechanics in the pipeline. Start with Priority-flagged ones.
- Use the call scripts in the Scripts tab — adapt naturally, keep the key points.
- Log every outcome in the Outreach Log immediately after the call — even "no answer."
- If interested → confirm their details, then tell them about the vendor conference.
- Flag very interested vendors for PY to follow up with personally (add note in tracker).
- Do not quote specific rates or income figures — that conversation belongs to PY.
- For vendors with missing phone numbers (Patrick, Enoch, Nashiru, Kojo, Eugene) — ask Bryan if he has their contacts.
After Each Call — What to Log
- Interested: Status → "Interested". Log outcome. Tell them about conference. Note key details.
- Not interested: Status → "Not Interested". Log any reason given. Move on.
- No answer: Log attempt. Try again in 2–3 days. After 3 missed calls, send WhatsApp.
- Callback requested: Log exact time, set follow-up date. Call back exactly when promised.
- Target: 10+ confirmed interested vendors by end of week.
Call Scripts
Use word-for-word or adapt naturally — keep the key points in every call
Script 1 — Opening / First Contact
Tip: Pause after "launch" and listen. Their first reaction tells you everything. Don't rush to fill silence.
Script 2 — If They Show Interest / Remember the Conversation
Key info to capture and log: Current work situation · Availability · Areas covered · Still have same phone/equipment · Any concerns.
Script 3 — Vendor Conference Invite (for interested vendors)
Important: Do not give a specific date for the conference yet — tell them "very soon" and that WhatsApp details will follow. PY will confirm the actual date.
Script 4 — If They Ask About Rates / Pay
Do not: Quote percentages, flat fees, or make promises about monthly earnings. That conversation belongs to PY.
