Vendor Conference Message (for interested vendors):
After confirming interest, tell them: "Great — FITA DN is hosting a vendor onboarding meeting soon where you'll meet the team and get the full picture before any commitment. We'll send you the details. Is WhatsApp the best way to reach you?"

Background — What This List Is

The Mobile Mechanic Network (MMN) 2024 was compiled by Bryan (FITA) and his team. These mechanics were approached about a network model and were open to it — but no formal onboarding happened. You are re-engaging them as the first step in building the FITA DN certified vendor network.

There is also a small group (Patrick, Enoch, Nashiru, Kingsley, Kojo) with incomplete details in the original list — if you reach any of them, collect their full contact info and update their record.

Bryan's note (this morning, 29 Apr): "They were all open to the idea. We didn't do much with it, just worked with a few." These are warm leads — approach as returning to a conversation, not starting from scratch.

About the Chris in the Recommender Column

Important clarification: The "Collins/Prince/Biggie" names in the "Referred By" column of the MMN list are Bryan's team members from FITA — not Mr. Chris the tow truck operator. There is no connection between them. Mr. Chris (Tow Operator #001, V-TOW-001) is a separate, direct FITA DN relationship managed by PY.

Mr. Chris's Towing Network

Hold: Mr. Chris has shared some names from his network but told Bryan he wants to personally confirm each person first — he hasn't worked with all of them directly. Do not call from his list yet. When he confirms names, add them to the pipeline with source "Mr. Chris — Confirmed" and flag as Tow Operator.

Your Mission This Week

  • Call all 18 mechanics in the pipeline. Start with Priority-flagged ones.
  • Use the call scripts in the Scripts tab — adapt naturally, keep the key points.
  • Log every outcome in the Outreach Log immediately after the call — even "no answer."
  • If interested → confirm their details, then tell them about the vendor conference.
  • Flag very interested vendors for PY to follow up with personally (add note in tracker).
  • !Do not quote specific rates or income figures — that conversation belongs to PY.
  • For vendors with missing phone numbers (Patrick, Enoch, Nashiru, Kojo, Eugene) — ask Bryan if he has their contacts.

After Each Call — What to Log

  • Interested: Status → "Interested". Log outcome. Tell them about conference. Note key details.
  • Not interested: Status → "Not Interested". Log any reason given. Move on.
  • No answer: Log attempt. Try again in 2–3 days. After 3 missed calls, send WhatsApp.
  • Callback requested: Log exact time, set follow-up date. Call back exactly when promised.
  • Target: 10+ confirmed interested vendors by end of week.

Script 1 — Opening / First Contact

Good [morning/afternoon]. Please, is this [Name]? My name is Mark, I'm calling from FITA Diagnostics Network — we're a vehicle diagnostics and roadside assistance platform based here in Accra. You were previously in contact with our partner team at FITA about a network model for mobile mechanics. I'm reaching out to reconnect and see if you'd still be interested in being part of our certified vendor network as we prepare to launch.

Tip: Pause after "launch" and listen. Their first reaction tells you everything. Don't rush to fill silence.

Script 2 — If They Show Interest / Remember the Conversation

Great. So basically, FITA DN is building a certified network of mechanics, inspectors and towing operators who receive job referrals through our platform. We handle the client-facing side — you focus on the work. Payments go directly via MoMo per job. We have a short onboarding — very practical, no long classroom sessions. Can I just confirm — are you still freelancing / at [employer]? And what areas do you typically cover?

Key info to capture and log: Current work situation · Availability · Areas covered · Still have same phone/equipment · Any concerns.

Script 3 — Vendor Conference Invite (for interested vendors)

Excellent. So the next step — FITA DN is hosting a vendor onboarding meeting very soon. This is where you'll meet the founder, get the full picture on how the network works, and ask any questions before making any commitment. I'll make sure your name is on the list. Is WhatsApp the best way for us to send you the details when the date is confirmed?

Important: Do not give a specific date for the conference yet — tell them "very soon" and that WhatsApp details will follow. PY will confirm the actual date.

Script 4 — If They Ask About Rates / Pay

That's a fair question and I want to make sure you get accurate information. The exact rate structure per job type will be explained properly when you meet with our founder directly. What I can say is payments are direct via MoMo and the rates are set to be fair to the tech while being competitive. If you're interested, I'll flag your name and he'll go through all the numbers with you personally.

Do not: Quote percentages, flat fees, or make promises about monthly earnings. That conversation belongs to PY.

Script 5 — If They're Not Interested

No problem at all, I appreciate you taking the call. If things change or you know someone — a good mechanic, towing operator — who might be interested in joining a structured network, please feel free to pass on our name. FITA Diagnostics Network. Thank you and have a good day.

Script 6 — WhatsApp Follow-Up (After Missed Calls)

Hello [Name], good [morning/afternoon]. This is Mark from FITA Diagnostics Network. I tried calling — we're reaching out to reconnect about the vehicle services network you were previously in contact with. Please let me know a good time to speak, or feel free to reply here. Thank you.

Script 7 — For Vendors With Incomplete Details (Patrick, Enoch, Nashiru, Kojo)

Hi, is this [Name]? This is Mark from FITA Diagnostics Network. You were recommended to us as a [specialty] and I'm reaching out about joining our certified vendor network here in Accra. Before I go into detail — can I confirm your full name and the best number to reach you on? I want to make sure we have your details correctly.
